Who we are
Harsh Ranjan — Home Cleaning Services collects and uses personal data to provide home cleaning services. In the language of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we are the Data Fiduciary and you are the Data Principal.
This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
What we collect

We do not collect your card number, CVV, bank password or UPI PIN. Payments go directly through your own UPI or banking app. We never ask for a PIN or an OTP, and you should never share one with anyone claiming to call from us.
Why we collect it
- To confirm your booking and assign a worker.
- To reach your address and contact you about arrival, delay or rescheduling.
- To quote correctly, raise a bill and record that payment was received.
- To handle complaints, redo visits and refunds.
- To meet tax and accounting obligations under Indian law.
- To send service messages about your booking. We do not send marketing messages unless you have asked for them.
Your consent
We collect this data with your consent, given when you make a booking, and to perform the service you asked for. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us — though we will not be able to continue providing the service, and we may still need to keep records the law requires us to retain.
Our workers' data
We hold identity and verification records for the people who work for us, including Aadhaar details, address proof and police verification. This is kept confidential, used only for employment and verification, and is never shared with customers beyond showing the worker's identity card at your door.
How long we keep it

After these periods we delete the data or remove anything that identifies you.
How we protect it
- Access is limited to the people who need it to run a booking.
- Workers receive only the address and contact details for their own assigned jobs.
- Records are kept on password-protected devices and accounts.
- This website is served over HTTPS.
No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach affects your data we will inform you and the Data Protection Board of India as the law requires.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask us to:
- Show you the personal data we hold about you and who we shared it with.
- Correct anything inaccurate, incomplete or out of date.
- Erase your data where we no longer need it for the purpose it was collected, subject to records we must keep by law.
- Withdraw consent for future processing.
- Nominate another person to exercise these rights if you die or become incapacitated.
- Complain to us, and then to the Data Protection Board of India if we do not resolve it.
Write to the grievance officer below. We respond within 30 days. There is no charge.
Cookies and this website
This website is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and does not track you. Nothing is loaded from third-party servers.
Our hosting provider records ordinary server logs, including IP address and browser type, for security and reliability. If you click the WhatsApp button you leave this site and WhatsApp's own privacy policy takes over.
Children
Our service is booked by adults. We do not knowingly collect data about anyone under 18. If you believe we hold a child's data, tell us and we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top of the page shows when it last changed. If a change materially affects how we use your data, we will tell you directly.
